From refurbishing breweries and railway arches to creating theatrical brewing facilities and mezzanine office decks, we’ve collaborated with Camden Town Brewery’s founder Jasper Cuppaidge for the past three years to bring his vision for his rapidly expanding 10-year-old company to life. As his preferred contractor, we have completed large and small projects across his Enfield and Kentish Town sites and are trusted for our bespoke designs and creative solutions.
Camden Town Brewery, famous for its Hells Lager, has its sights set firmly on expansion after a decade of exponential growth.
The company has sites in Enfield – its original brewery – and Kentish Town, including pubs and 12 railway arches remodelled into offices and theatrical brewing facilities. It has recently invested in these to increase capacity and attract visitors.
Following the successful tender of a refurbishment in Enfield, we have established ourselves as a key supplier, helping Jasper and his team expand and improve their portfolio.
We were commissioned to complete a further eight projects across the Kentish Town and Camden sites, including the refurbishment of Camden Town’s brewery, office space, pubs and visitor centre.
Whether it’s refurbishing a new building or designing a desk, we’ve worked closely with Jasper, who is passionate about his company, to make his design concepts a reality.
Prioritising Jasper’s goal to develop Camden Town Brewery into a London tourist attraction, we’ve delivered bespoke joinery, detailed design from concept and refurbishment services, all of which echo Camden Town Brewery’s vibrant brand identity.
And our competitive pricing and proactive approach to even the tightest of deadlines has ensured a great customer experience throughout, with quality prioritised, cost-effectiveness assured and close collaboration resulting in high client satisfaction.
One of Camden Town Brewery’s main goals is to attract visitors to its sites, so we were tasked with the refurbishment of its head office in Enfield, including sensory rooms, the visitor centre reception and the company’s offices.
With minimal disruption to the busy office we worked around, our expertise in bespoke manufacturing was employed to design and fit new timber flooring, desks, bespoke cupboards and reception areas, alongside minor electrical works.
Elsewhere, prioritising creative design, we also transformed some of the company’s railway arches in Kentish Town into offices, installing a mezzanine deck and building an extension to create a theatrical brewing facility that is now popular with visitors keen to experience brewing in action.
Additional works include the refurbishment of the company’s Horseshoe pub in north London, and the transformation of the pub’s upper floors into living quarters for employees.
Such is the success of our work with Camden Town Brewery that we are now embarking on a new £1m project at its Camden site this year, where our creative skills will be called on to prioritise sustainability.
