Remote System Monitoring
Once we commission your system, you will monitor it remotely through an online portal on either a desktop or smartphone. This portal lets you view your system in real time and track exactly what you generate, use, and export. If you install battery storage, you can easily control charging and, in some cases, program your system to import power during off‑peak hours.
In addition to solar and storage, you can also monitor an EV charger, giving you a comprehensive view of your entire system.

Aftercare and Maintenance
We will provide all documentation relating to your system as part of our handover. If you encounter any issues when applying for export payments, we will gladly support you where possible.
After installation and handover, our team will remain available to answer your questions. If you have concerns about your system, we can log in through your online monitoring and assess its status.
Solar requires very little maintenance, but you should schedule periodic inspections in line with MCS standards. You can carry out visual inspections of the installed equipment yourself, but a qualified electrician should handle any technical assessments.
